Nayananjalee is a Partner at RJ Partners (Chartered Accountants) and serves as the Director of Ascendtrue (Private) Limited. She is also the Tax Consultant at Jayasinghe & Co (Chartered Accountants). Her corporate journey began at Tudor V Perera & Co as an Audit Trainee, and she later worked at Ernst & Young as an Executive in the Tax & Assurance Risk Assessment Services division. She then became the Tax Director at Jayasinghe & Co.

Nayananjalee has made meaningful contributions to the accounting and taxation profession by serving as a moderator and consultant to various accounting bodies and offering her expertise as a Tax Consultant to numerous companies.
