Yashika Dissanayake is a double Master’s holder, having earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Master’s in Financial Economics (MFE) from the University of Colombo. She also holds a B.Com (Finance) Special Degree with Honours from the University of Kelaniya and is a passed finalist of both CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

She went on to serve as the Group Treasury Manager at Brandix Group, where she led treasury functions across multiple geographies including Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Singapore, and others. Subsequently, she took on a senior leadership role at Ceylon Biscuits Limited, heading group treasury operations and overseeing funding across Sri Lanka, India, and Bangladesh.
Currently, she is employed by a leading Australian multinational, contributing to its Group Financial Reporting Division, where she plays a key role in managing international reporting, compliance, and group-level financial consolidation.
